Uta not only helped my wife and I get the home we wanted under budget, she responded to every text, phone call, and frantic email in record time, connected me with reliable vendors and service providers I needed within hours of being asked, and helped me negotiate with a seller to help me solve problems that were identified during the inspection process at almost no cost to me. She made an incredibly difficult negotiation possible, and helped bring it to a conclusion the seller and I were both happy with. Definitely the best realtor I've worked with in almost 10 years of buying homes in 4 states, and I would recommend her to anyone moving into the Fayetteville/Fort Bragg area.

Uta has represented us as the buying agent and the selling agent a couple of different times over the years. Most recently, a few days ago as our listing agent and as usual was always on point, completely professional and always looked out for our best interests.
